Meet our team
Connor Jenkins
Site Carpenter & Junior Site Manager
Work and experience
Since joining the team in September 2019, I’ve enjoyed working across a wide range of carpentry disciplines. The variety keeps me motivated and constantly learning. From structural carcassing such as cut roofs, to detailed second fix finishing like kitchen fitting, I take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship at every stage.
I hold NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Multi-Trade and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Site Carpentry, and I’m committed to continually developing my skills while supporting the next generation of carpenters.
One of the things I value most about working here is the team’s shared dedication to producing the finest work possible. Everyone takes pride in their craft, and we all contribute to training apprentices to the same high standard, with plenty of laughs along the way.
Favourite projects
I’m proud of every project we’ve completed for our clients, but two stand out for me. Cromwell Cottage was a rewarding project that brought together traditional carpentry and careful attention to detail. South View Farm Renovation & Conversion was a fantastic opportunity to be involved in transforming a property from the ground up.
Both jobs challenged me, strengthened my skills, and reminded me why I love this trade.
Getting to know you
I was drawn to carpentry because I’ve always enjoyed solving practical problems and seeing tangible results from my work. Carpentry gives me the chance to think critically, work with precision, and bring ideas to life. It’s the perfect blend of creativity, skill, and purpose. My approach to craftsmanship is built on quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. I believe true craftsmanship means taking pride in every step of the process.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about motocross. It is a sport and hobby I’ve loved since childhood. Whether I’m on-site or on the track, I’m happiest when I’m working hard, pushing myself, and doing something I genuinely enjoy.
