“After delayed planning and failed tender processes, we were starting to lose faith in achieving our ambition for our new home when we came across Dan Cook Carpentry & Building Limited. Dan was happy to visit for an initial consultation, and from our first meeting it was obvious to us that he was the builder we had been looking for. His calm and reassuring approach put us at ease and with his confident and ‘can do’ attitude, we were happy to instruct him and his team to take our project forward.

George would project manage our site day to day with his professional attitude and considerate nature. Concerns and issues were quickly nullified, and even major delays out of everyone’s control could not dampen the enthusiasm and professionalism of the team. A rare attribute that gave us the confidence and comfort needed which can so often be missing in the building industry.
